A mighty Renaissance castle built into a cliff. The legendary home of knight Erazem.
Lipica Stud Farm
The home of the Lipizzaner horses, with guided tours, horse shows, and a museum.

Baroque ruins from the 17th century perched above the Unica gorge, near Planina Cave.
Ravbar Tower

Main Hiking Trails
Nanos (1.313 m)
A vast karst plateau with two main hiking routes:
- Steeper route: approx. 4.8 km, 671 m elevation gain, hiking time ~1 h 45 min
- Easier route: approx. 10.6 km, family-friendly, ~2 h 20 min
- View: Panoramic views of the Alps, Mount Snežnik, and the Primorska region
St. Lawrence (Sv. Lovrenc) – 1,019 m
- Starting point: village of Studeno near Postojna
- Hiking time: ~1 h ascent, elevation gain: ~400 m
- Difficulty: easy but steep, suitable for families
- View: Snežnik, Nanos, Lake Cerknica

Sovič (677 m)
- A scenic hill above Postojna, ideal for a circular hike, also accessible to cyclists

Cycling Trails
- Junior Cycling Trail – an easy, circular route around Postojna, ideal for children. Passes through villages, churches, and the sports airfield.
- Cave Cycling Trail – a circular route passing by five major caves in the region (including Postojna, Otoška, and the cave beneath Predjama Castle). Perfect for fans of karst nature.
- Castle Cycling Trail – circular route (~56 km, difficulty 7/10), connecting three medieval castles (Predjama, Prestranek, Orehek). Marked trail with suggested stops.
- Erazem Cycling Trail – a 27 km route from Razdrto through Strane, Bukovje, and Predjama. Elevation gain ~700 m, paved and gravel paths, passes the oldest yew tree in Slovenia.
- Deer Cycling Trail (Jelenova pot) – starts in Razdrto, ~49 km long, ~1,000 m elevation gain. Passes through Laže, Pivka (Military History Park), caves, and forests.
- Veliki Javornik Cycling Trail – route to the peak of Veliki Javornik (1,268 m), suitable for downhill cycling. Long, varied, and adrenaline-filled.
- Sveta Trojica Cycling Trail – ascends to the panoramic church at Sv. Trojica (1,106 m), followed by a descent to Pivka. Includes a visit to the church in Slavina.
- Nanos Cycling Trail – circular route (~58 km) through the forests of Nanos, with a descent via Razdrto to the Hudičevec eco-tourism farm. Elevation gain ~1,000 m.

Sports on Our Grounds and in the Village of Goriče
You can enjoy sports activities right in our garden – play football, fish in our pond – or head to the nearby village of Goriče where you'll find a basketball and football court.
Tennis
Sports Park Postojna – two outdoor clay courts, open from late April to October, usually from 8 a.m. to 8/10 p.m.
If you're looking for a more competitive game or don’t have a partner, you can request a sparring partner – the owner is a tennis enthusiast.

Osmica – a traditional Slovenian form of seasonal, on-farm hospitality where winemakers open their homes for eight days a year to serve homemade wine and food. The name comes from the German word “Acht” (eight), based on an 18th-century imperial decree allowing tax-free wine sales for a limited time.
